Help - My jewelry is tarnished. What can I do?

Silver tarnishing is a normal process. The thin silver oxide coating that forms in air is practically irrelevant, but due to the sulfur content in the air it "tarnishes" in which a black silver sulphide layer forms. It is a natural reaction and not a quality defect.

Using a silver cleaning cloth, the silver oxide coating can be removed and your piece of jewelry will shine with new splendor.
